Who we are looking for
Bijou is a Montessori inspired nursery in Cowbridge. We aim for calm, consistency, and high standards — with a warm, practical approach that supports each child's confidence and independence.
- Apprentices who want hands-on experience, coaching, and a supportive team around them.
- Qualified practitioners (Level 2/3+) who love nurturing relationships and building great routines.
- People who communicate clearly with families and work thoughtfully with colleagues.
